Mission Statement

NCC’s mission is to empower students through Christian higher education to serve the Church and impact the world for Christ.

Our Core Values

  • Recruit influential and entrepreneurial students, then envision them for exceptional servant leadership.

  • Make sure our students are doing servant leadership, not just studying it. This begins during First Serve & continues through Residency.

  • By their senior year, our students should no longer be asking "What am I going to do with my life?" It's become obvious.

  • Produce students who are ready and willing to roll up their sleeves and step into the vacuum of exceptional leadership.

  • Whenever a grad says they want to serve but cannot find a place, we seek to resolve that.

  • The pipeline of exceptional leadership is drying up. This is on us. What we do and how we do it affects outcomes and drives mission.

  • Ensure that the next generation of leaders are educated well, spiritually formed, with skills ready to deploy for the Kingdom.

  • We are not the only ones addressing this issue, but we must do all we can where we are embedded in the Kingdom.

  • Pray daily for our students and alumni to identify and answer their particular call, their "something more." (John 4:35.)

What We Believe

While NCC does not subscribe to a formal creed, the following biblical truths guide our institution:

  • In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1).
